Ordering and Payments:

PayPal is the only payment gateway for now. Credit cards can be used through PayPal, without the needs for PayPal account. No payment/card information is ever saved by layerguru.com site. PayPal offers both buyer and seller protection.

Packing:

Printed parts arriving to its destination undamaged is our top priority! All orders are carefully packed in protective material and cardboard boxes. We do not ship items in bubble envelopes!

Delivery:

All orders from EU countries are dispatched from within EU (Austria) and thus there are no import duties or extra taxes! Orders from non-EU countries are dispatched from Serbia.

Dispatch times:

Dispatch time for all orders except custom prints/prototyping is 4 business days! Please note that your order can be dispatched sooner than estimated 4 business days.

Order tracking & Insurance:

All orders are sent uninsured but with a tracking number. We will not send the parcel untracked, under any circumstances. If you need additional insurance please let us know before placing your order. Parcel tracking number will be sent in “order update” email, as soon as your parcel has been handed to the courier company.
