Return & Refund Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Do you require that products be unopened, unused, or in original packaging to request a refund?
No. Printed parts need to be in original state, meaning there is no physical damage done by the customer. Original packaging is not necessary

Does the item need to be returned to you? If so, who is responsible for shipping costs?
Yes, the item should be returned to the seller address. Buyer pays for the return shipping costs

Will the customer receive a refund or replacement if it is damaged or lost in the mail?
Yes. In case of damaged parts we will offer full refund minus shipping costs. In case of lost parcel, refund will be issued after 21 days from last parcel tracking update

How will a refund be processed and how long will it take?
Funds will be refunded to original payment source ie. PayPal. Refund is instant 

Are custom orders refundable?
No. Custom print jobs/commission prints are NON refundable

Can a customer exchange a product for a different one?
Yes, if there is a valid reason or if the parts don’t fit intended purpose

What happens in cases of defective products?
Full refund or exchange is offered in case of damaged printed parts.

What if the product is delivered late? Will you provide a refund?
No, we do not have any influence on delivery times, but if the parcel is lost we will offer a refund.

Do you sell any items that are no refundable – no matter what?
Custom prints are non refundable but, if there is a clear problem with your order or part, we will of course offer replacement/refund.

Is the original shipping refundable?
